5 Ups And 6 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (April 2)

1. Rollins, Balor Simmer, Then Boil

When the match between Seth Rollins and Finn Balor began, it looked like both were putting together a solid and fast-paced, but basic match to fill some time on Raw while The Miz sold their triple threat on commentary.

And then the match heated up.

Rollins and Balor began upping the pace even more, mixing in more aerial offense, countering major moves, and finally just one-upping the other with near-falls. By the time it was over, they had the fans whipped into a frenzy.

Give both men credit, as it’s tempting to just phone in a match six days before WrestleMania, but they turned out a great little match that managed to stay relatively safe and entertain the audience.
