Brock Lesnar was on a rampage Monday night when he couldn’t find Rey Mysterio, beating up people backstage and screaming everywhere.

When he made it back out the arena, he harassed the announcers, with Paul Heyman threatening Jerry Lawler that no one would revive him if he died on TV again (sick burn). That’s when new color commentator Dio Maddin stepped up. A former NXT superstar, Maddin is actually taller than Brock and got right in his face…

And promptly got an F5 through the announce desk for his troubles.

Still, no one was expecting a guy who never even made it to TV in NXT to suddenly take down The Beast. But it was nice to see Dio step up and defend The King. If nothing else, it should buy him some goodwill among fans, standing up for a beloved Hall-of-Famer.
