For the most part, the Street Profits and the R-Truth & Carmella 24/7 adventures have both been winning acts. But somehow, bringing them together didn’t work Sunday night.

The Profits were giving their rundown for Raw the following night when Truth stumbled into the screen and ‘Mella got rolled up to lose the 24/7 Championship to… Tamina. Yes, she is technically still an active wrestler despite not having a televised match since WrestleMania 35 (though she has competed at house shows and on Main Event).

Worse, Tamina, who most fans could be forgiven if they couldn’t pick her out of a lineup, then laid out Tyler Breeze with one punch before fleeing. Because she’s added so much value to the WWE product in the past five years.

Regardless of that, the segment itself just fell flat. Not all of them can be winners, but we praise the good, so we have to chastise the disappointing.

He fortunately became a fan in time for WrestleMania III and came back as a fan after a long high school hiatus before WM XIV. Monday nights in the Carlson household are reserved for viewing Raw -- for better or worse.
