Reigns missing out on Raw and SmackDown Live! feels like a decision made because they had nothing for him that week. This seems hard to believe when it comes to Roman Reigns.
Baron Corbin has just wrapped up his feud with Kurt Angle. The former Raw GM defeated Angle at WrestleMania 35, but tapped out in a non-match situation on Monday the very next night. Baron is the perfect opponent for Roman right now. He is in the midst of his return and Baron is someone who can help keep Roman over with the fans. As such, it seems more likely the Big Dog was being kept on ice until his next opponent was free.
