14. Chris Jericho Vs. Shawn Michaels – WrestleMania 19

From the underrated WrestleMania 19, Y2J and HBK gave fans their money’s worth on a match that was fifth from the main event.

Jericho was trying to prove he was every bit as good as Shawn Michaels, who by comparison had just returned the previous summer from a four-year retirement. Michaels wasn’t really wrestling a full schedule yet, but this match made believers out of everyone that he could hang with the best.

The ending might frustrate some fans, but both men came out of the match better for it, and the post-match shenanigans sent a strong message. This certainly made up for Jericho’s poor treatment at WrestleMania X-8, when he entered as the world champ against Triple H.
