32. Bret Hitman Hart vs. Yokozuna WrestleMania 9
No, youre not experiencing déjà vu. This match really was the main event for back-to-back WrestleManias. File this one under the trainwreck category. As a match itself, Bret Hart vs. Yokozuna was terrible, with Yoko winning the WWF Championship after Mr. Fuji blinded Hart with salt. But it was the after-match shenanigans that make this a match you cant miss. Hulk Hogan came down to protest on Harts behalf that Yokozuna and Mr. Fuji cheated to win. Instead, Fuji immediately challenged Hogan to a title match on the spot, which Hulk won in under a minute. That debacle was the beginning of the end for Hogan in WWF (for about nine years) and was a slap in Harts face as he stood on the sidelines as his title went from him to Yokozuna to Hogan in the span of five minutes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gMXBasNpiEI Watch this one to see WWF going back to the Hogan well one last time with disastrous results.
