50 Must-See WrestleMania Matches

22. Undertaker vs. Triple H €“ WrestleMania 28

This is how you know you€™re getting into the cream of the crop, when the End of an Era match between Undertaker and Triple H has 21 matches above it. This is of course the rematch from the previous year€™s Mania, as Undertaker goaded Triple H into a second bout because although he won, Taker didn€™t walk out unassisted. To raise the stakes, the match was held inside Hell in a Cell and had Shawn Michaels as special guest referee. What followed was a classic match that saw Hunter and Taker tear into each other with steel chairs, a sledgehammer and anything else they could get their hands on. Michaels provided some of the best moments of the match, trying to end the contest at several points and rocking in the corner like a completely conflicted man losing his mind. Even though both men would go on to compete at each of the next three WrestleManias (counting this year), it still was in some ways the end of an era.
