49. The Grandaddy Of Them All
Barely a few seconds into the show, and 'Mania is already being referred to as 'The Grandaddy of Them All'. It's quite jarring to hear, given the fact that Vince McMahon has now banned the use of the term. His reason? It makes the PPV sound old. That's part of the appeal, Vince. As a side note, doesn't that stage look fantastic? It might pale in comparison to some of the gargantuan entranceways we say today, but remains one of the most simple, striking stages in WrestleMania history.
