2. Villain Enterprises Vs Stirctly Business
The main event tag team match saw the team of NWA World Champion Nick Aldis and Thom Latimer of Strictly Business take on 'The Villain' Marty Scurll and Brody King of Villain Enterprises. A long-standing rivalry has been present on NWA in the past few months between ROH's Villain Enterprises and NWA's Strictly Business, with the feud between Scurll and Aldis at the core.
This was an entertaining match with good back and forth action, helped along by storytelling segments that fuelled Aldis' and Scurll's rivalry. The crowd were feeding off this match and clearly on the side of Villain Enterprises throughout. King's deafening chest chops on Latimer made you wince and Scrull's entertaining antics also brought a unique edge to the match. The match concluded when other members of Strictly Business came ringside, averting Marty Scurll's attention, allowing Latimer to low blow Brody with Aldis picking up the pinfall victory.
Overall, this was a great match. The inclusion of little battles within the war made the rivalry seem much more personal and aggressive. Aldis pinning King was also a good choice for ending as it made Aldis look like a strong heel champion without harming Scurll's momentum.
