It's alright for Mike Kanellis to take Maria's surname and use it on television. It's even fine for Mike to be more of a supporting character for the 'First Lady Of SmackDown Live', but does he really need to be suffering through 50/50 booking already? Mike only debuted at Money In The Bank, lest we forget.

In just over a full month, Kanellis is a bit-part player on SmackDown and firmly part of the mid card pack struggling for the attention of WWE writers. How did that happen? The guy has a great gimmick and has potential to be a solid heel on the brand, yet he's all of a sudden in no man's land? Boo to this, WWE creative team.

How can Mike be expected to get any heat from fans if he's dropping meekly to Sami Zayn during his very first pay-per-view match? This is Tyler Breeze all over again, except even Breeze managed to win his supershow bow at Survivor Series 2015.

Maria may be the star of the package, but casting her hubby as a colossal loser won't do anyone any favours.
