Yesterday evening saw WWE announce its latest intake of talent into the Performance Center, with six new would-be Superstars joining the promotion's state-of-the-art training complex in Orlando, Florida - including one performer who's set to start on NXT television immediately.

This group contains the usual mix of tenured independent wrestlers, acrobats, combat sports athletes, football players, and a towering basketball giant. A balanced group, despite late-2019 reports suggesting WWE's signing policy was about to shift away from experienced wrestlers and back towards bigger individuals with athletic backgrounds. Perhaps this will be better reflected in the company's next intake.

Though there's currently no word on how long these men and women have signed up for, it's safe to assume they'll be on long-term deals. That's how WWE roll these days. They don't want to risk roster members potentially walking away from the company and joining a rival promotion, so while most of the names within are unknown quantities at the moment, their new employers have almost certainly tied them down on multi-year deals.

Only time will tell how these men and women fare, but here's what we know about them so far...
