6 Things WWE Have Done Right So Far This WrestleMania Season (And 6 They Haven't)

The Wrong:

6. Where Was Randy Orton For The Entire Month of January?

Randy Orton has been one of WWE€™s top Superstars for more or less a decade. Whether he€™s playing a face or a heel, he has put on some great matches at WrestleMania€™s past, and his presence has helped turn matches into big deals. Yet WWE made a mistake in keeping him off TV for such a long time. He made his €˜unofficial€™ return to WWE programming on the December 29th edition of RAW, saving John Cena from an attack at the hands of the Authority. Yet for some reason, he was absent from the Royal Rumble PPV, and all of RAW for the month of January and the first half of February. While it€™s well known that he was out for a while filming €˜the Condemned 2: Desert Prey€™, that was done in mid-to-late December. WWE could€™ve really used Orton throughout the month of January and February to help build a storyline around how he was €˜put out of action€™ at the hands of Seth Rollins and the Authority. Instead, WWE are still building a possible rivalry between Orton and Rollins that appears to be more ambiguous, with Orton both confronting and helping Rollins. The big question is, why are they taking so long to pull the trigger with this match? After all, based on creative direction, whom else is Orton going to face at WrestleMania?
