Fabian Aichner is NXT's most underrated wrestler. He's rarely highlighted, but he always impresses in his enhancement role, with WWE wisely allowing him slithers of offence against those he puts over. Last night, Aichner was in typically hard-hitting form, cutting Ricochet off on several occasions, and it made for a clash infinitely more entertaining than your standard WWE squash match.

That said, the bout was all about making Ricochet look good, and it succeeded. An exciting, sub five-minute sprint, it was long enough to let 'The One & Only' get his s*** in, and he had the crowd enthralled throughout.

A 630 splash eventually spelled the end for Aichner, and scored Ricochet his first NXT victory. He was interviewed afterwards, stating that after spending his life watching WWE stars make their name at Full Sail University, it's his turn. Keeping it brief was a smart idea, as he's not exactly Dusty Rhodes on the microphone. Still, the match and interview presented Ricochet as a big, big deal, and it won't be long before he's flipping and diving his way up the card.
