6 Ups & 2 Downs From WWE NXT UK (22 April)

Tyler Bate and Trent Seven reunite, while Joe Coffey and Eddie Dennis butt heads.

Moustache Mountain

Last night's NXT UK was a return to greatness for WWE's United Kingdom venture.

Yes, this is one of WWE's less-cared about brands (the other being the how-are-they-still-going 205 Live), and so it's never exactly been on a substantial form for a prolonged period, however, this was a genuinely outstanding episode. Of the four matches on offer, two of them were legitimate must-see contests, while another was an alright technical bout. The less said about the fourth, the better.

The anticipated reunion of Tyler Bate and Trent Seven as Moustache Mountain was the main talking point coming out of the episode, as they had a decent match vs. Sha Samuels and Noam Dar. Find out later on in the article to see if Bate and Seven were victorious in their first bout back.

In other news, Joe Coffey and Eddie Dennis had a stellar hoss fight ahead of a colossal six-man tag next week between Gallus and The Hunt, Amir Jordan signed the contract for his impending no disqualifications loser leaves town bout against Kenny Williams, Aoife Valkyrie and Emilia McKenzie had superb promo packages, and the debut of Rohan Raja was announced for next Thursday.

For now, though, things are cracking. Let's get to it...
