Before going any further, yours truly would like to point out that he's a big fan of Alexa Bliss. It might seem like she's getting it a little rough this week, but that's only because WWE cast her as a phoney, hard-to-defend smiler when she was so damn good as a vindictive little squirt who turned heads in-ring.

Still, it became obvious during SmackDown's female tag match that Asuka and Nikki Cross have more chemistry as a team than Nikki and Alexa do. Their characters share over-the-top traits, and both are full of energy whenever they're on camera.

They're a better fit together than the so-called besties.

It was awesome to see Nikki let loose and come across as the Raw Women's Champ's equal against Bayley and Sasha Banks. Surely it's only a matter of time before WWE realise that the Bliss/Cross combo has run its course.
