6 Ups & 3 Downs From Last Night's WWE SmackDown (Jun 12)

1. He's TALL, You Know...

For the love of God, would somebody get this goober a better script?

There's a decent performer in Big Cass, who's still lacking between the ropes, but has made great strides in his promo delivery and knows how to carry himself like a flat track bully. Unfortunately, WWE are doing nothing to harness this. His "me big, you small" shtick grew tired weeks ago, and at this stage, the former 'Realest Guy In The Room' does nothing but regurgitate the same tripe week after week, to an audience that couldn't give a single f***.

Last night, the seven-footer talked about going to the fairground. He stole a ride's height requirement sign so he could take shots at Bryan, who, if you weren't already aware, isn't particularly tall. Cool.

That's all there was to it. Bryan's a little fella, so he's going to lose. Never mind Backlash, when the ex-General Manager submitted his lumbering oaf opponent in less than eight minutes! That never happened, dummy. What are you even talking about?!

Let's hope Bryan overcomes Cass once and for all at Money In The Bank, putting a merciful end to this feud. It has flopped as both a reintroduction for DB, and a way to put Cass over as the new monster heel. Persisting would be pointless.
