WWE Raw Sheamus Pete Dunne
WWE

The ongoing feud between Sheamus and Pete Dunne has had its moments, but it also has been a bit lackluster at times. Their Donnybrook match on Monday night, however, was a clear high point.

The two brawlers didn’t hold back in attacking each other and using the plunder around the ring. Dunne got plenty of good offense in and looked strong by kicking out of some of Sheamus’ best offense. Visually, the fight atop the barrels and subsequent White Noise through the tables below were the best part of the match and probably will get replayed a bunch and shared on social media.

Sheamus getting the win despite having his hands zip-tied might scan as doing more damage to Dunne, losing to a man who literally had his hands tied behind his back, but a definitive conclusion to their feud in a good TV brawl is all you can ask for here. The hope would be that Sheamus is able to move on to a new feud and WWE can figure out what to do with Dunne away from the Celtic Warrior.
