There were major (and valid) concerns when Elton Prince got injured and his Pretty Deadly partner Kit Wilson had to move into the singles division, but his anti-toxic masculinity gimmick is getting some good reactions. Kit's segment here with R-Truth, Nick Aldis and Damian Priest was good stuff. It included poems from Wilson and Truth which earned plenty of laughs.

Do not be shocked if Kit hears "camel toe" chants soon.

Later, Wilson read a poem to Oba Femi and that also set up their rematch for next week. Wilson is maximising his minutes, that’s for sure. Yes, he's going to get positively destroyed for a second time by Oba, but that's alright. The most important thing for Kit right now is that he's on TV and showing off his new character. The better, squash-free matches can come later down the line if he keeps getting over.

Aldis, Truth and Priest seemed to have a hard time holding it together during their skit with Kit, but Wilson looked outraged that they were being so *checks notes* "TOXIC". It's amazing how one simple word can catch fire and turn somebody from overlooked tag-teamer into a standalone success story. Keep this up, and Kit has a real chance.

Giving him a win or 2 over veterans like R-Truth or even Matt Cardona wouldn't be the worst idea in the world. That way, Wilson has something to brag about when he's carrying his little book of poems around the place. Genius schmenius. Eat your heart out, Lanny Poffo fans!
