6 Ups & 4 Downs From AEW Dark (Nov 10)

1. Leva Bates vs. Dani Jordyn

Sadly, this was not good.

Subpar even for Dark, its action was slow, sluggish, and cumbersome, with most exchanges coming off like Leva Bates and Dani Jordyn were wrestling in molasses. Said exchanges would have likely looked good if executed with any speed, grace, or snap, but they weren't, killing the match.

"These ladies are ruining books for me," said Taz on commentary, having just wished for a fire pit in which to "burn all the books." He and his fellow announcers at least brought some entertainment to the table as Bates and Jordyn devolved to shtick incorporating Dani's Mean Girls-esque Burn Book and Leva's pile of literature, none of which hit the mark.
