6 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Dec 18)

2. Jey Uso = Pitbull

The beauty of Kevin Owens' referring to Jey Uso as Roman's errand boy is that there's truth to it. Reigns tells his cousin to jump and Jey asks, 'How high, sir?'. Or, in this instance, Reigns tells Uso to attack KO mercilessly and his kin says, "Got you, Chief'.

Jey's constant, relentless attacks on Owens were a highlight of SmackDown. They showed that he was willing to do whatever it takes to get on Roman's good side, and they also hinted that Reigns is ever-so-slightly worried about meeting Kev in a TLC bout on Sunday.

That's some good layered storytelling right there.

Uso ambushed Owens from behind with a steel chair in the hallway, then came back for more when KO was getting treatment in the 'Trainer's Room'. Smartly, he used some of the gimmicks (chairs and tables) that'll be featured this weekend.
