Strong.

That's the best word to describe what happened with Bloodline business this week. Roman Reigns wasn't in attendance, but Jey Uso, Solo Sikoa and the masterful Paul Heyman carried things for him. Jey's passionate promo sidestepped pesky "WHAT?!" chants from the crowd, and Heyman was predictably awesome as a manipulative piece of sh*t (who then stepped on his own toes).

Sikoa fed into that manipulation by blaming Jey for everything when it's clearly Roman who is responsible. This was just a top, top segment, one that included a superkick on Paul E and Solo taking a chair shot so Heyman didn't have to.

The whole story has been fire, obviously. It's the best thing about SmackDown weekly, and that's become true even when linchpin Reigns isn't in the house. Next week, Jey and Roman will lay out the rules for their SummerSlam match, and this guy can't wait.

Somebody stick the popcorn on.
