6 Ups & 5 Downs From AEW Dark (Nov 17)

3. Ford Overcomes Struggling Victoria

Rahne Victoria Penelope Ford
AEW

This was Penelope Ford's first AEW match in close to two months, with her last being a Dark victory over Alex Gracia in September. Unfortunately, the 'Bad Girl' was hindered by an opponent who didn't look ready for this platform.

Rahne Victoria entered a clunky performance. She was visibly off the pace throughout, particularly on offense, and this meant there were several exchanges during which you could see the gears turning. A shame, as a decisive victory over a smoother performer would have done Ford wonders here.

Penelope deserves credit for the increased nastiness in her work, so consider that a supplemental Up. Snapping an opponents throat against the ropes always looks the best kind of horrible.
