Bianca Belair is a special talent. She’s incredibly gifted in the ring.

So when the Raw Women’s Championship open challenge was clunky and messy throughout, you have to look at the challenger: Sonya Deville.

The match seemed to be wrestled by two women on different pages of different books, with even Belair looking frustrated a few times. At one point, they seemingly got confused on an exchange and Bianca basically forced Deville into a suplex on the fly. At another moment, she sat up from a pinfall attempt looking perturbed.

Even Corey Graves was openly bashing Deville on commentary about how she was wasting time and wasn’t going to win a title the way she was wrestling. That’s never a good sign, because it has to be approved by whoever is in Gorilla. Maybe that was meant as a message to her, but it certainly wasn’t positive news.
