6 Ups & 8 Downs From AEW Dark (Oct 13)

4. Darby Allin vs. Nick Comoroto

Comoroto is fresh out of WWE, where he trained in the Performance Center as Nick Ogarelli. He's a big, imposing dude with a great look and dwarfed Darby Allin with his caveman vibes, though his arsenal appears to consist solely of basic big man offense. A shame, as AEW could use another hoss or two, though there wasn't really anything notable about his control segments.

Allin entered a good bumping and selling performance, eventually firing back to take the win via Coffin Drop. Afterwards, he hit the commentary booth and jumped Ricky Starks, brawling until a gang of officials split them up. That story continues.
