2. Rude's Awakening

Ahead of a summer run against an old rival, Ravishing Rick Rude required a WrestleMania refresher for his gimmick, and got one smashing the sh*t out of jobber-to-the-stars Jimmy Snuka.

The 'Ravishing' gimmick was refined here as Rude embraced his inner d*ckhead rather than the arrogant sleaze he'd so effortlessly portrayed for several years.

The idea was brilliantly simple - Ultimate Warrior had prevailed the first time around but Rude had been the first to at least topple him once. Bobby Heenan got him serious so he could hopefully do it again.
