6 Ups And 3 Downs From Last Night's WWE NXT (Mar 16th)

5. The First Of Many Dream Matches

The show opened with Sami Zayn coming out to the ring and vowing that even though he came up short in his battle with Joe, he would keep fighting and becoming the first-ever two-time NXT Champion. Zayn was then interrupted by General Manager William Regal, who had a "present" for Zayn - at TakeOver: Dallas, "The Likable One" would face off with the newest signee on the brand's roster. At that point, Regal cued up a video, and sure enough, it featured former IWGP Heavyweight Champion Shinsuke Nakamura. As fans chanted "Holy Sh*t!" Nakamura smiled at the camera and told Zayn that he'd see him in Dallas. The announcers then proceeded to put Nakamura over strongly. Obviously, the news about Zayn and Nakamura has been out for a while - it's why secondary market tickets for TakeOver: Dallas are going for more than $200. Still, whether you heard about it before or just now, there's no denying that this is a great way to introduce "The King of Strong Style."
