Whether it’s Miz TV, a backstage segment or a match where he’s terrified of his opponent, you have to take your hat off to the Miz for his typical strong performance Monday night.

Miz opened Raw with Kurt Angle, lighting into him in a conspiracy-driven manner about last week. He also plotted with the Miztourage about how to avoid Braun Strowman before finally facing him in a match – which of course didn’t go well for him.

All of that together made for a pretty successful Monday night for the Intercontinental Champion. In the absence of Brock Lesnar and his advocated, Paul Heyman, the Awesome One is a pretty decent, durable act for Raw.
