6 Ups And 4 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Nov 6)

2. Nia’s Kryptonite

Here’s a statistic that might make you wonder why Nia Jax doesn’t just forgo a tag team partner and fight in handicap matches: In 15 tag matches on the Raw roster, Nia has lost 10 of 15 televised bouts.

That’s an abysmal rate, and without checking, it’s safe to assume that at least eight of those did not involve Jax factoring into the decision, most likely all 10. Monday was no different, with Alicia Fox quickly tapping out to the Banks Statement after Nia was knocked to the floor.

It’s understandable that WWE wants to keep Jax strong while allowing the babyfaces to get a visual victory over her, but it’s a constant well that the company keeps going back to. Once or twice is fine, but 10 times, five of which have come since June?

That’s not keeping your monster strong, that’s lazy booking because the promotion can’t figure out how to book her properly and commit to it.
