DOWNS…

Maybe this “down” is in part due to a desire to keep the extremely entertaining Judgment Day intact, but seeing the seeds of dissension sown during the World Heavyweight Championship match felt a bit too soon.

Damian Priest captured the men’s Money in the Bank briefcase Saturday, only to head ringside during fellow Judgment Day stablemate Finn Balor’s WHC battle with Seth Rollins. Balor looked to actually have things in hand, but Priest got up from his seat distracting Finn and costing him the match – and the title.

Afterward, Balor and Priest squabbled at ringside, which you can bet will be followed up on Monday night on Raw.

Judgment Day has been one of the – if not the – most entertaining parts of Raw for several months now, and while it’s important to not overstay its welcome, killing off the act too soon would be a tragedy.
