During his time on the Raw roster, Braun Strowman has run over nearly everyone in his path. Only Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar have stopped him, and there are few others who present a similar challenge.

That’s why it was good to see Drew McIntyre tease a confrontation with Braun during their tag match Monday night, but barely make contact, save for a punch and shoulderblock from Strowman. While the McIntyre of 3MB would have been cannon fodder for the Monster Among Men, today’s Drew could be a serious threat to Strowman if booked properly.

At worst, it delayed an actual conflict between the two and raised a little intrigue around the pairing. And for this writer, it worked. Let’s see this match!
