It’s such a rarity to see champions succeed in non-title matches that we have to give credit here.

In addition to not backing down from Brock Lesnar Monday, Kofi Kingston and Seth Rollins overcame a Pearl Harbor job by Bobby Lashley and Baron Corbin. The heels attacked the champs on the ramp and had them in trouble for a good part of the match before Rollins finally tired of their tactics and grabbed a steel chair – as it was made a no-DQ match at the last minute – to help them turn the tide.

Kingston and Rollins got the win before standing together and holding the ring as Lashley and Corbin attacked afterward, and then Lesnar teased a briefcase cash-in. But that didn’t happen.

It wasn’t earth-shattering, but we have to give the champs some credit, which is kinda sad that this has to be a thing.
