8. Gable Gets Creamed

While it’s true that Drew McIntyre is the bigger star of the pair and needed a convincing win, Chad Gable getting decimated like he did Monday night is a travesty for those who watched him shine in NXT. Gable barely got any offense and was pretty much treated like a jobber to the stars.

Gable standing up to McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler felt like it was leading to a returning Jason Jordan saving the day and reforming American Alpha, but instead, it seemingly has just resulted in Chad being beaten down and left laid out.

None of this is to say that Gable should have won that match, but it felt like a lost opportunity to do something.
