6 Ups And 8 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Feb 11)

2. Foolish Pride Dooms Tag Team

This was all set to be an “up” from the get-go, and then stupidity set in.

Raw had a women’s triple threat tag team match to determine who would enter the Elimination Chamber match first – with the loser getting the “honors.” Sasha Banks started off with Nia Jax and slapped her, then immediately tagged out to an unsuspecting Liv Morgan. Then, Banks and Bayley dropped off the apron and refused to tag Morgan.

Very, very smart, as they couldn’t lose the match if they weren’t in it. But then, Bayley tagged herself in and wrestled a large portion of the match (during which, Sasha was attacked outside the ring and taken out of the match). Despite not having a partner, Bayley would tag back into the match again later, only to lose.

Why, why in the hell would you tag in in the first place, and then when your partner is hurt, tag back in? Just stupid all the way around. Pride is not an excuse for this action.
