Harper and Rowan were a pretty good act as part of the Wyatt Family when they came up to the main roster several years ago. Then they were split off stupidly and broken up. Then they reformed, and then they broke up again. Harper has shown a lot of promise as a singles wrestler, as he can move like a much smaller man.

But this latest incarnation has been a bit odd. They’re portrayed as dominant heels, which is fine, but they seem to get almost no reaction. They ran through the field at WrestleMania to win the SmackDown Tag Team Championships, and they demolished the Usos at Greatest Royal Rumble to retain them.

Friday’s match was straightforward and dull, which isn’t a good sign. Something is missing from this act, and they need to figure it out, because when dominant heels are met with crickets, it doesn’t bode well.
