6 Ups And 8 Downs From WWE Raw (Jan 6)

5. Riott Squad A Step Up?

Who would have thought that being in the Riott Squad would be considered an upgrade?

But yeah, if you’re Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan, you might be wondering about that. Monday night saw both former Squad members showing up on Raw, with Morgan in a backstage promo insinuating she’d be in Rusev’s corner next week to counter Lana in Bobby Lashley’s corner. Because that’s a moment she lives for, apparently. Very punny.

Logan, on the other hand, had a scheduled match against Charlotte Flair that broke down when Sarah attacked the 10-time champion before the bell, leading to a brawl on the floor. Logan would post Flair twice, hit a running knee strike and pound on her for a while, but Charlotte Hogan came back and put her down with a boot that knocked Logan out long enough for a referee to retrieve Flair’s robe and for her to put it back on.

That’s some boot. Also, someone backstage clearly have given Charlotte the advice to never sell for more than 3 seconds.
