6 Ups And 9 Downs From WWE Raw Superstar Shakeup

2. A Change Of Scenery

If there was a tag team that desperately needed to change brands this week, it was the Usos. Thankfully, it happened Monday night.

Jimmy and Jey have held the SmackDown Tag Team Championships four times, the most recent reign ending just last week. They’ve plowed through the tag roster multiple times and needed freshening up, and bringing them to Raw should help with that.

The Usos debuted by defeating former Raw tag champs Chad Gable & Bobby Roode, a duo that could use freshening up themselves – although that might be by splitting them up. It’ll be interesting to see if the move helps reinvigorate the brothers a little and whether they can turn Raw into the Uso Penitentiary.

For now though, this was the best play to make.
