6 Ups And 9 Downs From WWE TLC 2015
Thank God Triple H was there for the REAL main event.
WWE closed out 2015s PPV schedule with a bit of a bang Sunday night, capping a lackluster TLC event with a hot angle that might, just might, succeed in making Roman Reigns a guy fans will openly cheer. But first, a word about TLC 2015 expectations coming into Sunday night were not high, as WWE is dealing with a roster depleted by injuries, planned hiatuses and a reliance on part-time stars. The result is a series of guys who should be built up to take their places, but instead are mired in WWEs never-ending 50/50 booking, moving from one mediocre feud to another unless youre the chosen one, in which case, you get to throw out tater tots as an insult. TLC itself wasnt a bad event. A couple matches were pretty good, but an energetic Boston crowd seemed out of it before the first hour was over, only coming to life at certain points. It was clear that they had little interest in the main event, but they roared back to life during the aftermath, which saw Reigns snap and take it to Triple H, seemingly setting up a major program. Still, its impossible to call 2015 anything short of a disappointment, and this PPV certainly didnt do anything to change that mindset. So what climbed the ladder and what went crashing through a table? Lets get to it
