6 WWE Stars That Surprisingly Weren't Blacklisted for Bad Behavior
1. Brock Lesnar
There are plenty of big guys in WWE, muscular behemoths who decimate their opposition, but none of them compare to Brock Lesnar. Perhaps it's his UFC background or his very limited schedule that makes him so special, but WWE clearly needs Lesnar.
However, the opposite is not true. Lesnar doesn't need WWE. After tearing up the competition upon his debut in 2002, he stuck around for only two years before moving on to wrestling in Japan and then fighting in UFC.
You would think that Vince McMahon wouldn't ever want Lesnar back on his roster again for using WWE as a stepping stone to better athletic pursuits (as well as filing a lawsuit against the company in 2005), right? Wrong.
Lesnar returned in 2012 for a career that was far less strenuous than his first reign, only making on-screen appearances a few months out of the year. Still, WWE put its WWE World Heavyweight Championship on Lesnar and even let him end The Undertaker's sacred undefeated WrestleMania streak.
How did Lesnar thank McMahon and company? By toying with WWE again, seriously contemplating returning to UFC and once again milking WWE and then leaving them dry. Still, for some reason, the company doesn't totally distrust Lesnar; in fact, he's always welcome with open arms.
Go figure.
