6 WWE Superstars Who Would Actually Benefit By Being Released

1. Cesaro

Arguably the biggest name on this list, if you took an amalgamation of everything said about the previous five competitors, you still wouldn't get close to the frustration that is Cesaro in WWE. Make no mistake about it; Cesaro is the perfect professional wrestler. They don't call him the Swiss Superman for nothing. Here is a guy who managed to get the Giant Swing not just over, but massively over, in in the 2nd decade of the 21st century. Vince McMahon doesn't seem to think he connects with the fans, but then Vince McMahon is woefully out of touch an obviously oblivious to his audience. On a couple of occasions they've had something truly special on their hands with Cesaro, and on every occasion they've purposely dropped the ball. I, and many, many others I presume, would love to see Cesaro head to New Japan Pro-Wrestling. Cesaro vs. Tomihiro Ishii? Yes please. Cesaro vs. AJ Styles? All night long. Cesaro vs. Shinsuka Nakamura. Until the cows come home to roost. If Cesaro stays in WWE, he'll peter along and that'll be that. Such a special talent deserves more.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
