4. Gold And Stardust (C) Vs The Usos Vs Los Matadores Vs The Miz And Damien Mizdow, Fatal 4-Way Tag Team Match For The WWE Tag Team Championship
The tag team scene is yet another example of WWE's lazy booking right now. Rather than defined narratives, they've instead booked four teams in a match for the tag titles. With eight men in the equation and little time available for low-card matches, this is probably going to end up a clustered mess. Damien Sandow is the one entertaining aspect. He's made a real go of his character with The Miz and you could argue that them winning the titles would take their dynamic further. The Usos seem unlikely to win back the titles. They are reliable in-ring workers, that's why they are in the match-up. If the action focuses on them, then it should be decent. Los Matadores are here for light entertainment purposes. Some in the audience won't mind them, others will loath their inclusion. It doesn't seem likely that they'll actually win gold. Which brings us to the defending champions. Gold and Stardust are good workers and engage the audience. There's really no need to take the titles off them right now. They always put on decent TV matches and fulfil their purpose. WWE are unlikely to mess with things too much here. Gold and Stardust retain with a pin over The Miz. That then furthers the cracks between Mizdow and his partner. Winners and still champions: Gold And Stardust
