The Viper isn't, Brock Lesnar is. Orton, as I'm sure you're aware, is the youngest World Heavyweight Champion of all time.
Just like The Usos and their tag team reigns, something else JBL can't get his head around, these were two different belts with two different record books!
How does he not understand this?
