6. Dean Ambrose
They have to pull the trigger on Ambrose eventually, and what better time than Survivor Series. Everyone and their dog feels that he will truly excel in WWE when turns to the dark side, and that he is a true showcase heel just waiting to happen. As Survivor Series is looking like it will be his buddy Roman Reigns' golden night, why not make this happen now? The story writes itself. Ambrose and Reigns battle through to the final, and as a sign of respect they shake hands before the match, maybe even hug. As a hard fought battle reaches its climax, you simply have Ambrose cheat his way to victory. There is nothing more to it than that. Ambrose is revitalised after a year of shoddy booking, a fresh story gets told and Reigns can continue his slow rise. This scenario also sets the stage perfectly for the return of Seth Rollins, and The Shield triple threat match that simply must happen eventually.

Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
