During Monday nights interview-fest, Paul Heyman took over the final segment, a confrontation between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar. It turned out to be a real highlight that legitimately made people want to see the match. Heyman spent several minutes talking up how hes know Reigns and his family for decades, photographing his father Sika before Roman was born, managing Rikishi (when he was Fatu) and watching the Usos run around the ring as young kids. He transitioned to talking about how Roman will disappoint those family members at WrestleMania when he loses to Lesnar. It was a brilliant segment, with Roman and Brock playing their roles perfectly Brock even made it look more like a respect feud by telling Reigns he didnt respect him as he shook his hand. Obviously, the intensity will ramp up as Mania gets closer and they appear together in front of a live crowd, but it looks like WWE might lean heavily on its best asset Paul Heyman to help drive interest in the main event. Heyman is a master at this, and it will be interesting to see what he does on Smackdown to continue talking fans into their seats for WrestleMania.
