5. Kid Kash (2005-2006)
David Cash, also known as David Jericho, was a fixture in ECW from 1996 through the bitter end in 2001.After a miniscule stint in WCW as "Cash" and an extended run 2002-2005 with TNA, Kid Kash (then 36) joined WWE in 2005. The former high-flyer's partnership with Jamie Noble (wearing dog collars and barking) was known as the "Pit Bulls" where they mostly competed on Smackdown and Velocity in tag competition. Similar to Jerry Lynn, Cash had competed (as David Jericho) in the 1998 "WWF Light Heavyweight Title" tournament where he lost to Taka Michinoku on Shotgun Saturday Night. Kash's run with WWE ended in 2006 a few months after he returned from a 30-day "wellness suspension".
