7 Examples Of Poor Long Term WWE Planning This Year

Most of WWE's problems this year stems back to these actions.

The first six months of WWE in 2014 has been a mixed bag from a creative standpoint. There have been some things that were really good this year like the rise of the Daniel Bryan, most things involving the Wyatt Family, all the great six man tags this year and a lot of quality matches on TV. However, there were also a lot of things that represented a company that is in disarray a bit. Just look at what happened late last week as Vince McMahon fired his head writer. Obviously McMahon is the one that has final say on everything, but he just axed the writer that was most important to the creative process. That's a sign of a company that's unsure of itself. They've also lost a lot of money due to Wall Street losing faith in some of the things they have done from a creative standpoint and from the WWE Network launch disappointing in terms of how many subscribers they have. A big part of WWE's problems has to do with the long term booking that has led to a lot of their inconsistencies. We want to know why somebody thinks the way they do and why they act the way they act. If they just do it without any long term planning then it just comes off as lazy to the viewer. Here's a look at seven long term booking problems that has led to some of WWE's problems in 2014.
