They may be the one to take all the glory, but the winner of the Rumble is very rarely the man who has been in it the longest. In fact, 11 of the 28 victors entered number 27 or latermeaning that their stints in the match were often among the shortest. To combat this, the Rumble needs guys with the stamina to go the distance and carry the bulk of the matchin other words, the ironman. In the past, standout candidates for this role have been guys like CM Punk, Chris Jericho, Dolph Zigglertalents who are able to put on a show for a sustained amount of time. But as the first of those two will presumably be absent from this years match, it may be time for a new face to step up to the plate. Dean Ambrose is the standout choice here for me. The frequency with which he wrestlesboth on TV and at house showsshows that hes the WWEs go-to when they need someone they can rely on. Expect a solid 45+ minutes from the Lunatic Fringe, and therefore plenty of entertainment.
