7 Hell In A Cell Bumps You Will Never Forget

5. Rikishi Thrown Off The Cell Onto A Truck

http://youtu.be/-S5KWQphRzw The Armageddon 2000 Hell in a Cell match was historic because it's the only one involved six men in the same match. It was a match where the WWE Champion Kurt Angle defended the gold against Steve Austin, The Undertaker, Triple H, The Rock. No offense to Rikishi, but the other five guys went on to become five of the best performers ever while Rikishi really wasn't that successful with his heel push in 2000. However, he did have the spot of the match. While everybody was brawling in the ring, Vince McMahon sent out a truck to the ring and told them to remove the cell. At first they just took the door off, but then Commissioner Mick Foley showed up. He prevented Vince and his buddies from taking the cell down. Of course, what that led to is the door was removed and that allowed the wrestlers to get out of the cell. Towards the end of the match, five of the guys were on top of the cage. Everybody other than The Rock was up there. There was a lot of brawling, but it led to a showdown with The Undertaker and Rikishi towards the edge of the cell. With Rikishi's back facing the edge of the cell, Undertaker grabbed him by the throat and looked down. The bed of the truck was there. Undertaker sent him off the cage with a Chokeslam and Rikishi went crashing down. He was out of the match at that point as the five other guys in the match, all of whom were bleeding, looked on in amazement. He took the bump perfectly and he wasn't hurt by it. People can say all they want about the fall being softened because he landed on some hay that was in the back of a truck, but it's still a legitimate 20 foot fall. He's going back first right onto that truck. Let's not forget either that we're talking about a 400 pound guy in this case. It's not easy to do. Give Rikishi a lot of credit for even thinking about doing a bump like that.
