7 Most Idiotic Decisions Made By WWE Characters

1. Yokozuna Challenges Hulk Hogan Immediately After Winning The WWF World Title

Wrestlemania IX has earned the infamous distinction as one of the worst Wrestlemanias of all time and the main event really helped elevate it to an entirely new level of awfulness. Bret "The Hitman" Hart defended his WWF World title against the mammoth Yokozuna in the main event of the evening. Yokozuna was very effective in his role as the monster heel and Bret was playing the underdog champion who needed to find a way to defeat the massive challenger. Hart walked Yoko through a rather boring match (you can't do much with someone who weighs 500 lbs.) and Hart eventually locked Yokozuna in his patented Sharpshooter submission hold. While the referee was occupied with checking on Yoko, his manager Mr. Fuji threw ceremonial salt into the Hitman's eyes, blinding the champion and forcing him to relinquish the submission hold. Yokozuna easily pinned Hart to win the title and that's when things began to get screwy. Hulk Hogan charged the ring to protest the decision, tending to Bret Hart and yelling insults at the newly crowned champion. Mr. Fuji, for whatever reason, got on the microphone and challenged Hogan to a world title match right now. What sense does that make? Of course, Hogan accepted, ducked the salt thrown by Fuji, and hit his legdrop on Yokozuna to become WWF champion for the fifth time. http://youtu.be/Qk1nLeZoN4c?t=4m25s So, in total, Yokozuna was champion for maybe two minutes before his manager challenged Hulk Hogan after he just got done wrestling Bret Hart for ten minutes.
