3. Big E Vs. Apollo Crews - Intercontinental Title Nigerian Drum Fight

The goofy - and let's face it, problematic - blocking was hard to get too pissy over when Big E and Apollo Crews beat the ever-living sh*t out of one another. Everybody knows the deal. Gauging by the palpable desire with which Big E and Apollo Crews tried to get this over, it can be inferred they did too.

It was sad, in a way, because you could see the jokes popping online, and the two men deserved so much more. No, the drums weren't actually used. Yes, that is the worst accent ever in wrestling, and at least-a a-Santino-a Marella-a was-a doing-a comedy.

But ignore that!

With every full-on kendo shot, uranage on the steps and and apron-first skull-rattler, they wanted you to. Hell, Big E's spear to the outside had so much behind it that it was if he we wanted to fly them both out of the stadium altogether.

Without juicing or doing some unhinged stunt, this was as hardcore as a WWE plunder match gets for a few minutes. It felt like they were going really hard for a reason, and that reason, it turns out, wasn't "It's WrestleMania".

That reason was "We're getting shafted at the finish, so let's kill each other so that people will be kind".

And then Crews jaw-jacked the crowd with that abysmal accent after relying on the help of the presumably repackaged Dabba-Kato, last seen on RAW Underground which, somehow, was an improvement on this. The commentators pretended that they didn't know who he was.

After all, it happened last year, and your soupy lil' mush brain won't ever remember that, you dumb mark f*ck!
