Baron Corbin went off on Twitter this week - even more so than usual, considering his feed is comprised exclusively of insecure troll-feeding. He entered into a war of words with Dave Meltzer. The Wrestling Observer journo rolled him up for an easy three count. Corbin trotted out the old "You don't wrestle so you can't judge" chestnut, which, as Meltzer correctly pointed out, means Corbin is unable to hold an opinion on virtually everything.

Corbin also committed the biggest WWE no-no this side of suggesting title belts are title belts: he unwittingly criticised a detractor by referring to him as a "loser" with a profile picture taken at a "high school gym Indy show". Turns out the man in question - Mike Gilbert - was a military man. Corbin backtracked immediately - but reports suggest it wasn't quick enough for WWE. The nuclear heat on Corbin must have factored into his imminent fate. It's a hell of a coincidence, if not. Corbin was court martialed on this week's SmackDown; not only did he become just the third man to fail to cash in the Money In The Bank briefcase, he was booked with the intellectual capacity of Vince Russo in doing so. Jinder Mahal took advantage of John Cena's distraction and, for the second time in a week, Corbin was squashed.

You'd think Corbin would have learned a harsh lesson in handing social media from this...but he still refers to himself as Mr. Money In The Bank on his Twitter bio.
